The Origin
Born from Relishen Hospitality's belief that India deserved rooms of its own.
Relishen Hospitality Pvt Ltd spent years studying how the region gathers — over generous tables, long conversations, and food that carries memory. Posh Plates is that study made physical: a fine dine where presentation, passion, and palate align in harmony.
Our flagship opened in Jalandhar — and the philosophy is already travelling. Amritsar and Ludhiana open soon, each room composed with the same quiet intent.
